Make Your Own Eucalyptus Mint Bath Oil

Everyone deserves a long, hot bath every once in a while…especially one that smells incredible and leaves your skin soft and moisturized. That’s where my new favorite DIY bath product comes in! This Eucalyptus Mint Bath Oil is wonderful for easing muscle fatigue and is my new bath time ritual!

Eucalyptus Mint Bath Oil

  • 2-3 ounces of carrier oil (see options below)
  • 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil

  • The first ingredient in the bath oil is your carrier oil of choice.  almond oil  other great options would be fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, or even olive oil
  •
  •  Put 2-3 ounces of your carrier oil in a small bottle or container.
Next, add the Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils. The scent of Peppermint can pretty quickly overpower other scents, so I added twice as much Eucalyptus as I did Peppermint to balance it out.

Once you’ve added the essential oil, place the cap on the bottle and gently shake to combine. Separation will occur, so just give it a shake before each use. Add a tablespoon of the bath oil while you’re filling up your tub for a relaxing and rejuvenating bath experience!
